Movimento "Marcha Pela Ética Evangélica Brasileira – O $how tem que parar!" em Recife/PE

  

No último dia 25 de setembro de 2010 aconteceu em Recife, no bairro de Boa Viagem, a conhecida “Marcha para Jesus”. Nós, Cristãos Protestantes, estivemos lá. Mas não fomos para dançar, pular, declarar que “Recife é do Sinhor Gezuis”, não fomos “profetizar virado para os edifícios à beira mar”, não fomos “derrubar muralhas” – havia muitas “mulheres evangélicas” vestidas e dançando de tal forma que eram capazes de derrubar muitos...hehehe... misericórdia – não fomos “marchar para o Gezuis” da Marcha. Não! Fomos para um protesto, tal como nos declaramos: fomos ser protestantes.



Seguindo o exemplo do movimento “Marcha Pela Ética Evangélica Brasileira – O $how tem queparar!”, que começou em São Paulo com os irmãos Paulo e Vera Siqueira, uma turma composta por dez jovens (eu não tão jovem assim, não é?) foi às ruas de Recife portanto faixas e camisas contendo versos bíblicos (1 Tm 6. 3 – 10; 2 Pe 2.3a) e o dizer “Voltemos ao Evangelho Puro e Simples. O $how tem que Parar!”.



Claro que nem tudo são flores. Uma senhora, vestindo camisa da "Marcha", ameaçava-nos processar porque estávamos filmando o evento. Outros nos mandaram "evangelizar os gays, na parada gay". Em toda ocasião procuramos ficar calados e não responder às provocações. Apenas quando alguém nos perguntava o motivo do protesto, respondíamos e filmávamos. Em outra ocasião, os "abre-alas ou porta-bandeiras" da Marcha pararam em frente às faixas, talvez tentando barrar a massa ignara da leitura dos textos. Outro episódio foi de uma mãe que, ao ver o filhote fotografando uma das faixas, perguntou ao moleque: "é isso que você quer pra você? Eu não quero isso não!". Parece-nos que a faixa era a que dizia: "voltemos ao Evangelho Puro e Simples!"



O que presenciamos foi um show de horrores, um babilonismo; assemelhava-se às saturnálias romanas; era uma evento dionisíaco, sem a embriaguez e as orgias explícitas, mas com as "dancinhas sensuais" embaladas pelo "timbalada gospel" do "expresso suingueira" e "expresso louvadeira". Tinha mãozinha aos altos, os "sai do chão", as "reboladas gospel", "trenzinho gospel", "mãozinhas gospel nos joelhos gospel". Até um boneco (parecido com os da "turminha da graça" do R.R. Soares) distribuía – no Recife a gente diz que estava "fazendo bamburim" – pacotinhos de biscoitos para os "miseráveis da fé". Lembrei-me do "pão e circo".
